Algaecide returns

If you're not satisfied with our Monthly Algaecide, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Unopened or partially used containers are eligible for return.
  • Eeziblue covers the return shipping cost. We'll email you a prepaid shipping label.
  • No restocking fees. You receive a full refund of the product cost to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned product. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

To start a return, email us at info@eeziblue.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return.

Maintenance kit returns

Our Clear4Weeks Monthly Maintenance Kit, Green Reaper, and other kits containing chlorine cannot be physically returned due to federal shipping regulations on hazardous materials. However, we still offer a full 30-day satisfaction guarantee on these products.

How it works

If you're having trouble with a kit or aren't seeing the results you expected, please email us at info@eeziblue.com within 30 days of delivery. Most issues we see come down to pool chemistry being out of balance, which is easy to diagnose and fix.

We'll work with you to:

  • Test your pool parameters using basic test strips (free chlorine, pH, alkalinity, and cyanuric acid)
  • Identify any imbalances affecting how your product performs
  • Provide a clear plan to get your pool clear and balanced

If we can't resolve the issue together, you'll receive a full refund. No return shipment required.

Damaged or defective products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us at info@eeziblue.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no cost. No return required.

Wrong item received

If we shipped you the wrong product, that's on us. Email info@eeziblue.com with your order number and we'll send the correct item right away and arrange to have the wrong one picked up at no cost to you.

Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Repeat subscription deliveries beyond 30 days from the original delivery date (pause or cancel your subscription anytime from your account to avoid future shipments)
  • Custom or special order items
  • Products purchased through third-party retailers (please contact the retailer directly)

Cancellations and subscription changes

You can pause, modify, or cancel your subscription anytime from your Eeziblue account, no questions asked. Changes made before your next billing date apply to the next shipment.
