PROCESSING TIMES
All orders placed before 2pm EST will be processed the same day. All orders placed outside our business hours will be processed the following business day.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
Our free shipping option is typically delivered within 5 business days for all order sizes to anywhere within the United States. We also provide faster shipping options at cost. For now online orders are only available for customers located in the US.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once the order has shipped, you will receive a notification email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to check the status of your order but please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@eeziblue.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
CHANGE MY ORDER
If you want to change or cancel your order, no worries, as long as the order has not been shipped from our warehouse, it can be modified. contact us at info@eeziblue.com
SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES
We use USPS for our standard free shipping option and they are able to make deliveries to P.O. boxes.
