Processing times

Orders placed before 3pm EST on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2pm EST, on weekends, or on US holidays are processed the next business day.

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time we do not ship internationally or to US territories. Deliveries to P.O. boxes are supported through USPS.

Shipping options

Free shipping (included on every order)

One-time purchases and first deliveries of subscription orders ship via UPS Ground. Repeat subscription deliveries may ship via UPS Ground, USPS, or FedEx โ€” whichever is the most cost-effective at the time. Because subscription shipments are scheduled in advance, we have the flexibility to use the most economical carrier without affecting your delivery timing.

Free shipping typically arrives within 3-5 business days after processing.

Expedited shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.

Expedited shipping on subscription orders

You can choose an expedited shipping option (FedEx 2-Day or FedEx Priority Overnight) on your initial subscription order if you need your first delivery faster. Expedited charges apply to that first shipment only. All recurring deliveries on your subscription will continue to ship for free using our standard shipping options.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active with the carrier.

If your order hasn't arrived within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please email us at info@eeziblue.com with your order number and we'll investigate immediately.

Damaged or lost packages

Eeziblue products are shipped with care, but if your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@eeziblue.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no cost.

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us so we can file a claim with the carrier and resolve the issue.

Changing or canceling an order

Orders can be modified or canceled at no charge as long as they haven't shipped from our warehouse. Email us at info@eeziblue.com as soon as possible with your order number and the changes you'd like to make.

Shipping pool chemicals

Our pool care products are shipped via ground services in compliance with carrier regulations for consumer-use pool chemicals. There are no additional handling fees or hazmat surcharges passed on to you.
